International company is looking for an Office Administrator for its subsidiary in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibility is to maintain the office operations, logistics and administration of the subsidiary, including:

  • Daily office administration in a close co-operation with company`s service providers;
  • Create and maintain up to date employees’ profiles (documentation with regard to employment or resignation, holidays, medical policies, timesheets, internal systems etc.);
  • Perform various internal orders preparation;
  • Participating in organizing monthly and annual events for the company;
  • Provide all required information, invoices, reports required by the supervisor;
  • Business Trips coordination;
  • Undertake other additional necessary tasks related to the position.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 1-3 years of related experience;
  • University degree;
  • Written and fluent spoken English;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong reconciliation skills and extreme attention to details.
