Post Title: Procurement manager

Type of Appointment: Permanent Staff

Office hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday through Friday


Essential Functions:

  • Manage the overall Procurement Process from reviewing information about demands, to clarifying bid conditions and management of the procurement preparation
  • Present tender approach/strategies to upper management and clients
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
  • Contract Award
  • Contract Management


  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law
  • At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is a plus for this position
  • Excellent attention to detail, excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Managing processes, analyzing info, and problem-solving skills
