Procurement Manager/ Customs Broker


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in similar job: in the domain - at least 3; on the job - 2 year
  • Knowledge of English – advanced
  • Operation MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Accounting software
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with partners and/ or customers
  • Supervise market analysis in the purchasing sector
  • Apply the purchasing policy guidelines
  • Assist and advise operational and/ or functional staff in purchase matters
  • Build and optimize the supplier panel
  • Manage relationships with suppliers
  • Coordinate the work of the various functions involved in preparation of a purchase project
  • Analyze the purchase variations by category (volumes, bills quantity, turnover, etc.)
  • Organize the purchasing calls for tenders
  • Launch consultations of suppliers and/ or sub-contractors
  • Define the purchase specifications
  • Ensure the implementation compliance of framework agreements
  • Supervise the selection of suppliers
  • Establish and ensure the updating of the procurement mapping
  • Optimize the performance and coverage of procurement contracts (related to identified needs)
  • Stays abreast of procurement trends (market analysis, regulatory changes, suppliers positioning, innovation)
  • Develop a procurement action plan
  • Draw up/ consolidate activity reports
  • Develop and draft contracts with selected suppliers and/ or providers
