Short Term Expert for EU-funded Project

The EU-funded Project: “Technical Assistance for the Implementation of the DCFTA” is seeking for a local short-term expert to formulate a DCFTA success story booklet to support the Moldovan Small and medium Sized Enterprise Development Organisation (ODIMM) in the implementation of its business support programs.

Requirements for experience
1. Academic Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Journalism, Business administration and development, Economics or other relevant field.

2. Working experience:
• Previous working experience associated with National or regional Business support programs is a strong asset.

3. Competencies:
• Experience in writing concrete and to-the-point publications on business-oriented enterprise support programmes and projects operated in the Republic of Moldova, ideally such programmes as operated within the framework of national Moldovan state support programmes managed by the Moldovan Small and medium Sized Enterprise Development Organisation (ODIMM)
• Experience in undertaking desk research for such publications as mentioned under point 1
• Experience in undertaking interviews with beneficiaries of such programmes and projects as mentioned under point 1
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks;
• Good English communication and writing skills are not mandatory but provide a concrete advantage
• Team player
