JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – F2F Project Coordinator 

CNFA's Farmer to Farmer Volunteer Program (F2F) funded by USAID is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Project Coordinator.

Qualification requirements include:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Management or Agriculture;
  • Strong understanding of the Moldovan agricultural sector;
  • Experience working in donor-funded projects focused on rural economic development (specific experience in managing volunteers/volunteer teams will be considered a strong advantage);
  • Excellent command of English, Romanian and Russian;
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills (writing samples will be required at later stages of the recruitment process);
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills;
  • Flexibility, strong work ethic and willingness to travel extensively throughout Moldova and work directly with rural communities.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing new projects and assignments that best respond to the work plan and meet CNFA’s program standards, as well as analyze the impact of volunteer assignments and projects to ensure that the most relevant information is captured and reported.

CNFA (Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture) is a USAID-funded organization supporting agribusiness economic development in transitional countries. The Farmer to Farmer Program provides US volunteer technical assistance to Moldovan rural entrepreneurs and farmers seeking to expand their access to markets through improved business management and production practices.
